RC-AID generates the worksheet as a document in PDF format. You must have a program on your computer that enables you to display and print that type of file, the most common of these being Adobe Acrobat Reader. A link to a free Adobe Acrobat Reader download is provided on the Process Selection screen. Settings for your browser can also effect how the downloaded PDF document is opened or saved. And finally, system network settings can effect the downloading process. Contact your institution IS department if loading a PDF reader and adjusting the browser settings do not resolve the problem.top
